I like the results, it's solid. I didn't have any problems with the results, it looks nice. Ted Laramore with Re/Max Cross Country actually owned the house but he was also the realtor. He bought the house to flip it. We caught him in the middle of fixing it up. He took care of some things and upgrades that we wanted and we paid for those. Ted was responsible for the deck and the landscape on the outside of the house. I didn't have to have any contact with the actual companies because Ted took care of all of that.
