I was very pleased. He was very prompt and courteous. I had an awful experience trying to find someone to do these repairs beforehand and Craftsman on Call was a breath of fresh air.

I found him through Red Beacon (a service of Home Depot) when I put out a request and he responded right away. We needed it done the very next day (Saturday) and he was willing to accommodate. The next day he showed up on time, ready to get started. We talked a minute about how it should look and he seemed to get it so he got to work. We had a million other things going on so it was nice that he took care of it without too much babysitting. Next thing we knew he was done and asked how it looked. He even offered to stay and help with other stuff! No stress having him help, great work. Will keep his card for future needs.

I met McKinley several months ago at my condo residence....He offered his card and service, as I am selling my condo and needed repairs. I highly recommend McKinley. it was a great experience! He came over a couple days ahead and looked over my list. We settled on Monday and he showed up despite the rain. He even texted on his way to let me know when he would arrive. He got to work and knocked everything out despite a couple issues. It took a little longer than he thought but didn't charge any extra! I had some cabinet guys at the house and wouldn't have wanted to run some errand but with McKinley there, he had no problem with me running to the store. What a blessing to have someone I trust in my house!

I found Craftsman On Call through Home Depot?s Red Beacon Program and was impressed with his quick response to my inquiry. I looked at his website and decided to hire him. He did a great job replacing two window panes, one of which was large, and even fixed a third while he was there, though we hadn?t discussed it at first! He even replaced a rotten window ledge that was extra, primed everything, and cleaned up the outside that had been full of glass shards! Needless to say, I was very happy to get it done, and so quickly. I?ll definitely have him do more in the near future. Oh, and he was able to do it all without power or water, as they hadn?t been turned on yet!

I was expecting McKinley to take care of everything during a week that I was gone. Fortunately, he had the sense to not bother me as I was dealing with ailing parents. Upon my return, he explained that he did not take care of everything for various reasons. For example, the touch up paint did not match the existing, the baskeball backboard would be more costly than replacement, all of the kitchen cabinet hinges were in need of potential replacement, etc.
I was very appreciative of McKinley's common sense. He is completely trustworthy, responsible, professional, intuitive, and CLEAN. I had no problem giving him free access to my property while I was gone or unavailable. He obviously loves what he does and will treat your home and the things in it as if they were his own.

McKinley is a neighbor of mine and when I got his card I looked him up on Angieslist like I always do. I liked his personality and his reviews showed he knew his stuff too. I have many things around the house but the first thing was my threshold had a gap that I just knew was getting wet each time it rained. I asked him to look at it and he said it was a simple fix. Within a couple days it was fixed and painted, and good thing cause it rained hard after that! I'm already thinking of other things to have him do!

I started this home improvement job over a month ago and quickly realized that I was in over my head for reasons including 1) not sure of the best way to mount a fairly heavy appliance on a wall, 2) not able to determine location of studs in the wall for securing mounts, 3) did not have all of the tools necessary for the job, and 4) not comfortable working around electricity.
I met McKinley Pritchard of Contractor On Call on a walk around the neighborhood next to the Katy Trail. He told me about his business and I told him about my problem project. McKinley said he could help me so we set up a date and time for for him to come over. On the appointment day, he contacted me ahead of time to say he was on the way, then arrived on-time. He looked at the situation and gave me three (3) ways of completing the project with each option having different aesthetics. I agreed one one and he got started.
McKinley fashioned a backboard for the space, painted it, secured the backboard in place, set and wired an electrical outlet, mounted a couple of metal L brackets to the backboard and secured the microwave onto the brackets. He even painted the outlet and the outlet cover to match the enclosure.
I could not be more pleased with the service provided by McKinley. The entire kitchen space now looks fantastic with additional countertop space and the microwave firmly secured to the wall. McKinley was friendly, exceptionally professional and intent on providing a result with which I would be pleased.
I highly recommend his services to anyone needing help with projects around the home.

McKinley could not have done a better job. He was extremely precise and hung everything perfectly and in record time. I was chooking between several handymen but he looked very trustworthy and had the experience I wanted, without being too expensive. Our son loved "working" with him and watched his every move. I would hire him again in a minute.

I found him on our Armstrong Bradfield Parent Association website and saw he was local and seemed knowledgeable from what I read to I contacted him. We set a time to meet and he came over to look at my project. I was impressed with his knowledge and suggestions and now see the way to finish my gate project and have it work properly. I have already started another list around the house for him to do.

GREAT!! Found this company through a yahoo group. He called within the hour and came by to see the work we needed done. He came the next day and finished the job within an hour. The task was done in a timely and clean manner. We will definitely use McKinnley again!!

I meet Mckinley at The Highland Park pool, I needed some improvements to be handled at my house.

I met McKinley at Armstrong Elementary where his kids attend also. When I heard he was a handyman I ask him if he could troubleshoot some cabinet lights that have been giving me problems for a long time. He came over and looked at them and recommended changing them to a new LED option because of the amount of power the old ones were using, the heat they put out, and how finicky they were already! I liked the option, especially after he sent pictures of the fixtures from Lowes and I could approve the look easily. We scheduled a morning and he came out and got a lot done while I was out for the morning. It was nice getting home and seeing so much progress! He even cleaned up after the work! He didn't have enough LED pucks to finish the other side of the butler's pantry so he came in the morning to finish up. Despite old wiring, and older home surpises, he figured out each problem that came up (which most contractors would either quit or try to charge more for, but he says that's what he enjoys the most, figuring out solutions where others quit) Very happy with the work. Will definately have him back and tell others of his service.
