The Purr-fect Paw

We made arrangements with Purr-Fect Pet several weeks before our departure.  Justin stopped by for a refresher "meet and greet" and we went over several small details.  During our absence, Brooke was assigned to our home and pets.  She took care of cleaning the litter trays daily, the three cats were fed and watered daily, the mail was brought in.  The trash was put out for collection and the empty bin was brought back in on schedule.  We received updates with photos when Brooke arrived and when she departed with comments about the visit and the cats.  Justin's service is phenomenal.

We contacted Justin about three weeks before we left and told him our departure date and scheduled a "meet and greet" where we shared what we were expecting. As part of the service, Justin or a member of his team came at a set time every evening. We set the time we wanted. They stayed within 30 minutes one side or the other. The visit was for a minimum of 30 minutes but other schedules can be made. They have a scanning in and scanning out process and every visit exceeded the minimum 30 minutes that we asked for.
What was really great was the evening reports about the interaction with our three pets. We really felt connected.
Purrfect Paw went beyond. They took care of our mail, our newspaper, our trash, cleaned out the litter boxes daily and just made us feel as comfortable as could be. They portioned out the food as we directed and even washed the cat dishes each night. They picked up packages from the doorstep and we found all of the mail where we asked it to be when we came home. We had called the newspaper to cancel the paper. The newspaper failed to do so but Purrfect Paw picked up the papers each day and we found them all with the mail. The three cats almost seemed to resent that we were home because of how well they had been treated while we were gone.
We absolutely and totally recommend Justin and his crew to anyone for service that I think might be totally unmatched. We cannot tell you just how comfortable we felt receiving those evening emails. We didn't ask for it but I believe he even provides a "photo" service. However, our cats do a lot of hiding from strangers. Toward the end, the emails indicated that they were being sociable.
Justin even left us a post card with contact information that indicated that if we didn't get back in time, they would visit if they didn't hear from us. That is service!

Unfortunately, through no fault of Justin's, we had to cancel our trip. Justin was prepared to refund all of the money we had paid for his services. We advised him to keep a portion of the funds for his inconvenience because the cancellation was our choice. He initially declined but we insisted and he returned the remainder of the funds immediately. We really regret that we were not able to make full use of his services. His attitude and and professionalism were impressive.

Great, very professional, my dogs liked Justin. Everything was clean when I got home. He has GPS tracking, so he signed in and out everytime he came to my home and left messages as well.
