However the day the shower and tub were installed I noticed dark marks in several places from the installation and tried to clean them....the would not come off.....I also noticed 2 small chipped areas on the tub. After taking 1 bath in the tub I noticed a pink streak on the side of the tub...I assume where my nail with nasil polish must have rubbed the tub. I tried cleaning the mark with the cleaner they recommend.... The mark would not come off...,..I also noticed when taking my first bath that some of the circle raised areas on the bottom of the tub to prevent slipping were chipped and uneven. I contacted the office immediately and the girl that answered the phone was very nice and assured me not to worry that they would come check it and make it right. I asked for thecowner to call or come outAfter several times of calling them they finally sent out the employeess that installed the tub trying to get the stains out and poorly patching the chips...I called once again asking for Mr Townsend to call me himself..,,.this time a man answered who I assume is his manager...he said ...like everyone else that Mike is never in the store and is too busy to return calls!!! He did set up an appointment to come out and look at the tub himself....he did come and agreed immediately that the tub had problems and he would talk to Mike and they would try one more time to remove the stains and seal the tub and if this didn't work they would make it right and replace the tub and shower... Because it is all connected. The same employees came out for the 4 the time removed the stains and supposedly resealed the tub......I thought this worked until the one stain reappeared again!!! I text twice and called the manager on his personall phone with him not responding. I called one morning early and got Gerik the manager...... His story definitely changed...he was very rude and unprofessional saying basically that they had done everything they could and they had never had this problem and that his hands were tied. He again said Mike was never in the store and too busy to call me or come look at the tub. He hung up on me before I could even tell him what the results were from the last time they came out. Since then a crach has appeared on the bottom of the tub! This is a brand new shower and tub that should last years and years.. that I paid a lot of money for...expecting first class service and workmanship...as well thinking they would treat me as they would expect to be treated if they were in this situation

Mr. Townsend came home and was very professional. We needed the master shower tile replaced with marble panels. The work was done on time and quickly. We were happy until... the bottom began to leak 6 months later. The bottom had no shower pan but they put a new marble floor and cover the edges with small panels around the floor and glued to the walls and these panels were caulked. The caulking seal had separated from the wall and water was sipping through to the shower bottom. We could not use the shower under this condition. We called the office and requested a repair. The lady at their office said they will call us back. A week passed and no call from her, so we called back. She said she had not forgotten and will call us back. Two weeks later, the same situation. She kept saying that they have not forgotten about us and will call us back. I ran out of patience and paid a personal visit and demanded to see Mr Townsend. He was not there. The lady seemed frustrated (not with me) but to the fact that she knew I needed the service but all she could do was pass my call messages to Mr. Townsend. A few days later the office lady called and we scheduled the rework. The repairman (not the same person that replaced the tile) came to the house and removed the bottom panels and the odor coming out from behind the panels was unbearable. He poured some Clorox and that helped with the odor. He said to leave it and it will be dry in a week. He would come back in a week to complete the repair. I knew one week was impossible for that water to dry up so we brought old rags and squeezed the corner of the rag so that it reached the concrete slab below the shower marble floor. Water was immediately being absorbed by the rags. We were changing rags everyday for a whole week! The repairman came and replaced the panels, put new caulking and left. We let the caulking to cure for a couple of days. We inspected the panels and the gap between the panel and the wall and one section might be too wide (1/4 inch) for the caulking to last. We are keeping a close eye to these bottom panels and the caulking. We are not using them ever!

When I visited the showroom, all products were on display and I was allowed to take home a couple of samples of the different types of marble to try out in our bathroom. Colors could be customized, which was a bonus. A represenative came to our home and took measurements and answered my questions about the process of fabricating and installing the top. The installers were on time, got right to work, and the installation was done in a short time. I was given clear instructions to wait 24 hours to allow the caulk to throughly dry before using the top. We had the option of removing the old vanity top ourselves or have them do it for an additional cost.

The price was better than others, they were punctual, and the installation went smoothly. Backsplash and plumbing was done by contractors they recommended and that was all completed in the same day. It was completed within 3 weeks of the estimate.
