They had to carry the unit into the attic through a stairwell in the garage. We set the date and they brought it over. They had to take the old unit out and put the new unit in.

They made sure it was running correctly. It is a gas unit. They check all the compressors and everything. I have recommended them to several people.

Ants had gotten in to my external unit and my AC was not cooling. I have a service contract with them so they charges me a discounted price. He came and took a look at it and fixed the issue. He also did the Spring Checkup while he was there as well.

I know that I can trust them to do the right thing. He's reasonable. They're very honest, they don't do anything that is not necessary. They're father and son and they know what they're doing.

I LOVE these guys. I have American Home Shield who assigns the company that will come out and perform the service I need. When they tell me it is Lane Service, I get excited because they are the BEST ones that have worked on my A/C units (and I have 2 units). They are so accomodating and will always call in advance which gives me time to leave work and meet them at my house. I just feel like they give me the most for my $. I actually told them the wrong unit (which they checked and found nothing wrong) and had to call them back to have them check the other unit (which needed freeon). They did not make me call in another service request, nor did they charge me an additional fee which I gladly would have paid for my error. Lane Service has good people and I trust them completely. I really don't want any one else working on my units.

I called Lane Service and he came right over. It was on the weekend and he didn't even charge me the weekend rate. They did an excellent job and I've used them a number of times over the years. In fact I had them put a new air-conditioning system in a few years ago.

There was a broken blade on the unit. He replace the blade and its working okay now. I am happy with their services and would hire them again in the future.
