Emergency call on a Saturday. Said bring the dog right in. Doctor was very gentle with the dog (7 lb toy poodle). Eye was cleared and the antibiotic eliminated the infection.

They are very animal friendly. They really focus on the animal. My pets are very comfortable there and that is why I stay with this vet.

I took my three (3) animals in to have shots, grooming and one (1) spayed and one (1) neutered. The initial quote was $750.00, when we dropped off the animals we reviewed what we needed, pricing was not discussed. When the called to have the first animal picked up the total bill was $783. When we got there to pick up one animal and settle the account, an hour later the total bill went up to $889. The following morning when we went to pick up the other two (2) animals, we were told we had an outstanding balance of $102, and that we would not be permitted to pick up the animals unless we paid the amount in full. This is outside the issue that the groomer did not consider what we had asked and cut the dogs hair exactly the way we had said NOT to do it. They offered to have us come back in to have it redone but that will take another day away from work. The location is close to my home so I may need to use them for emergency situations in the future. But the random pricing and the total disregard for customer service has made us look for another vet for well animal care.
