From Start to finish it was a pleasant experience. They were prompt with giving me a bid. They were on time with the start of the remodel. The boss was there most of the time. The work continued every day until it was finished.
The work began with them removing all the old metal top and sides. The next was the planting of the piles for the new section. My part was to deck one of the old slips. All they were required to do was plant the pile for me to build the deck. They not only set the pile , they put up the entire sub frame for the whole deck. All I had to do was place the decking. This was not part of the bid. They removed all the old studs and replace them with beams on the old side of the boat house. This was not part of the bid. They continued to put the framing for the roof. They installed rails on the new and old side of the boat house. The bid was only for the new side. They built a closet on the old side of the boat house. This was not part of the bid. They work was professional and the construction far exceeded  what  the code calls for. This boat house is not going anywhere. After the work was completed the area was cleaned and policed to the ,point that you would never know construction took place. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants quality and profession work done.
