Incredibly nice and personable before getting the job. Afterward, not so much. Did not start or finish as promised. Damaged property. Became angry, defensive, and rude to my wife when she questioned them. We needed additional information afterward so someone else could finish the job, but they won't respond to followup questions.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys! Always professional. Hot tub electrical installed outside. Custom electrical work done, on my old house it was a chore. Robert is amazing and I will call him if I ever have any electrical needs. He is knowledgeable, down to earth, been doing this forever, and his experience shows!

Spoke to the owner himself, and he came up with a creative solution to an unusual problem. Saved me several hundred dollars over the competitor's quote, and got me up and running and back in business within hours. The crew he sent was hardworking and friendly.

Service was prompt and quick, technician was friendly, clean and efficient.

,We were having problems with cable TV. Cable technician pointed out that the ground wire from main electricity supply was not attached to anything and therefore in the event of a thunder storm etc., it could cause extreme power surges that could and quot;blowand quot; out the TV and all other electrical appliances--might even cause fire. This was on a Friday late in the day. First thing Monday morning I called Blazer Electric--they came out the same day and replaced the clamp on the ground wire and re-attached it to whatever it was supposed to be attached to.

My only concern was the fact of the cost. The owner said that it would be one price if one man came out, but if he had someone with him it would be $20 more. Two men did come--but the job could have been done easily by one man, and the work itself only took about 5 to 10 minutes. The second man was not needed (could have stayed in the work truck!)

I have used this company in the past also, and have been very satisfied with them.

I trust them now to screw up. They are all friendly and professional. They get right to the work.

I was very please with their promptness to respond on a weekend, and the willingness to do whatever they could to help.
