The receptionist was very rude and incompetent. Summer had phoned me last week to confirm appt and I explained that we purchased a new refrigerator and no longer needed the older one repaired. Today, she called me to confirm and I tried to explain that we had spoke last week, but she hung up on me in mid sentence. I tried to call her back and she answered, but never spoke and after a few minutes of my saying hello, she hung up. I called back hoping to get someone else, which I did, her supervisor, Lilly, who apologized and said she would handle it. I was not convinced. Terrible representation of this company. I wonder if the owner will be made aware of how his company is being represented.
