About us

Over 20 years ago, I became a License Master Plumber, Septic Installer, and State Certified Soil Test. As I am also a Mechanical Engineer, these licenses complimented my business of land development and expanded the breath of our services. Over the years, we have installed hundreds of septic systems, private and commercial, and have specialized in conventional type systems. If you are looking to build on a vacant lot or have a failing system, we can help you with the initial site evaluation (sometimes called a soil test or perc test), filing for permits, and install the system to make the most of your property.
