I had a water leak in my front yard. A coworker recommended Walz Mechanical, specifically Kenny. I contacted him after 5p and he asked me how my morning looked for the next day. I told him I would make it work. The next day he texted me mid morning to tell me he was finishing up and would reach out when he’s on his way. He showed up found the problem and got it done. I was fortunate he was able to come by the day after I called him. I so appreciated him keeping me informed. He is a very personable guy and I enjoyed our conversation and of course he definitely knows his plumbing profession. I would give them a call again!

My water heater was broken and I called Kenny Mason from Walz Mechanical to take a look. Kenny came highly recommended by a real estate agent friend of mine. Kenny quickly figured out it was the heating element that had gone bad. I know our water heater is over 13 years old, so I asked him about getting a new one. Kenny said from his experience, electric water heaters could last quite a bit longer. I am quite impressed. I know he could make way more money if he sells me and installs a new water heater instead of fixing an existing one. But that's what he did. Because our water heater is in an upstairs closet, he had to drain all the water out before he could change the heating element. This took a while because the drain valve was defective. Kenny eventually got it to work, and he even replaced the defective plastic valve with a brass one without changing me. So after paying just a few hundred bucks instead of thousands of dollars for a new one, I got hot water again. Kenny even unscrewed a garden hose that was stuck on our outdoor faucet for years after we had already wrapped everything up and I happened to mention that on his way out. What a gentleman!

Kenny was punctual, examined the new system recently installed and knew exactly how to fix the tripping situation for the over-flow switch. He will be the man to install a new water heater for me, no doubt.
