I called the San Antonio Plumbing and asked approximately how much it would cost to repair a mainline leak. The plumber then called and gave a price from what I described fully. We set up an appointment on the same day to check it out and I was given a time frame to which they abided completely. The plumber even called me 30 minutes before arriving. Joseph looked at the site and said it would be what the estimated price would be, unless they found something that would be totally unexpected. He and his partner excavated carefully since the gas line was close by. They found the leak and repaired it. They took the time to show me it was not leaking anymore. Then, I was asked to turn on the faucets in the house to make sure that none were blocked, since it was the main line that was repaired. All were fine. They answered all my questions and were very courteous. I was very pleased with the work they did. I would highly recommend them.

San Antonio Plumbing showed up on time on a Saturday morning after I contacted them late Friday evening.  (All the other companies I called would not provide service until Monday.)  Andrew was very professional and gave great advice.  I was lucky to find out after his visit that the problem was on the city side.  He informed me the cost of his visit would be reimbursed by SAWS.  His visit potentially saved me thousands in repair costs.  Thank you!  I will definitely call back with any plumbing problems.

They were able to bypass all old water lines and put in new pipes to ensure the water didn't freeze to save our well. They are a small company and are very reasonable. It was a big job but they were able to get all of the work done and did a great job.

San Antonio Plumbing was at my address and had completed the job within 1 hour of placing my service call.  They gave an accurate estimate for the work and provided a fair price.

They came out and got things going for me over a weekend and then came and finished up during the week. I was pleased with their service and they treated me fair on the price.

I liked how San Antonio Plumbing worked everyday. They were hard workers. They don't fool around at all. They were till 9 o'clock at night sometimes just to get the work done. They were here about a week. They were a very good crew and I could go to work and leave them in my house. My son was home, but he works nights. I could give the guy a key. That is why I went with them, because he said he knew the guys and didn't hire anyone out and that he would vouch for all of them. I took a chance and everything went perfectly fine. They did a good job. Everything looks nice. The outside work was fine too. The reason I went with them because they seemed to know exactly what to do and a little more energetic than the other company. Like they were going to get right to it and get it done and they did. They were very efficient and nice fellas. They didn't look grungy or anything. Really nice guys. They were a little more than 2 of my estimates, but less than another one.

I have used Joseph and his brother Andrew for 5  years now on all my plumbing repairs on this old house I own. They  are ALWAYS fast to respond and punctual. They are NOT the cheapest, but always professional and do the job right. I am usually driven by price, but these guys are  the  best, will work with you and explain the job to you and never leave a job without it being completely finished and on time.
