Joel was the plumber who came out to help with the install of a new bathtub, and he was fantastic! He went over all the options and thoroughly explained what we were going to do any why. He was quick and very professional, and I definitely feel like he actually had my best interests in mind. This is the second time we've used San Antonio Plumbing, and it will definitely not be the last. They're great!

This company overcharges customers and takes advantage of customers that do not have knowledge. They should have something on HomeAdvisor that if they just come over to give me an estimate that there would be a charge. I chose them because they did not have a charge listed on their profile, I found that incorrect. I will not use this company anymore.

I am very suspicious when it comes to these kinds of repairs; I felt that the item did not need to be replaced. Also, even though I was told that the service call was not charged, I felt that the service call cost is part of the cost for the replacement item.

Came in and quickly found the issue and resolved. Didn't try to sell anything not necessary and the price was very reasonable.

They were honest and didn't try to charge me more. Just fixed the problem.

Great service and friendly folks. Was able to find the problem almost immediately and saved us the expense of replacing our faucet.

Ron called and let me know he was running a few minutes behind, but he showed up exactly when he said he would. I showed him the problem and he went right to work and made the repair and replaced my non-standard plumbing with industry standard pipe. When he finished he explained all he had done and demonstrated it was working well and there were no leaks. I will definitely call San Antonio Plumbing for any plumbing jobs I have in the future.

My only complaint is that they left without taking our old faucet and trash like they said they would.

Ron is very well informed and knowledgeable. Friendly, on time and does not over-charge in my opinion as some other plumbers may. Highly recommended. My realtor even requested some of his cards to give to her future homebuyers.

Overall job was good, but faucet pipe started a small leak two weeks later and I had to tighten pipe to stop leak. They charged and extra $150.00 on top of $75.00 faucet labor charge to change to pipe connections.

Andrew and his assistant (sorry but I'm horrible with names) were very friendly and knowledgeable. The initial quote seemed kind of high but after getting a couple more I found it to be competitive. The quote was for time and materials for plumbing a bathroom remodel and terminating old water lines. Final results were even better than expected. The final price was reduced because the job took them a little less time to complete than expected. I will definitely call them back for my next project.
