It went very well, they are very pleasant and did it quickly, I thought it was a great service. I recommend them.

Everything went fine. On-time service and he completed the work within the specified timeline.

OK, they just used a hanger type hook and removed clogging material. They then unhooked the plug so that I can pull it out and do the cleaning myself in the future.

Amazing service, I am so happy with the results. It was a big job, but it was done as promised and although it involved a lot of digging outside the house and yard was left spotless. Highly recommended!

As usual, my service calls get handled in an expedient manner. Now, he's mentoring his son who chose to follow his dad's profession, and if continues to grow in the same professional and courteous manner like Carl, you can bet I'll call on his son in the future.

Woke up Sunday morning with water dripping into master bedroom closet from a leaking water heater installed in the attic (dumb place).  American Home Shield sent someone out, but was not happy with his knowledge.  Have used Carl Rutkowski before for putting in an expansion tank on the water heater, thus I called Monday morning and he came out in the afternoon to see what needed to be done (assuring us that there will be no more water leak before he was able to relocate and put an electric water heater in).  Came out Wednesday and he an his son did an excellent job of removing the old from the attic, making sure the gas and water lines were taken care of.  Then installed a huge electric water heater in the garage (would have cost more to reroute the gas line to the garage) .  Did a great job, cleaned up everything.  Gave us info on maintenance, etc.  Finally had hot water again.  Very highly recommend.  Some may consider his price high, but he knows what he's doing and was very efficient and installed a "professional" water heater.

He has come out on the weekends before and holidays without charging me extra. When the problem turned out to be more than expected, he was able to recommend another company that could take care of the problem. He is a good plumber. The work was done quickly and has worked very well, we've had no problem. He was a pleasure to work with, we use him for everything now.

He's a master plumber. He is not cheap but he is wonderful. I rate him tops on everything. If he said he'll be here at 9 o'clock tomorrow, he's here at 9 o'clock tomorrow, and if he doesn't come, he'll call to let you know. I would recommend him to the world.

Arrived right on time, went straight to wwork, had all the parts he needed to do the jopb and the toilets worked better than new after he fixed them. he never tried to sell me more than I needed to get the job done. I have used him many times in the past, he is an excellent, honest plumber you can trust to do the job at a very fair price

We have an old home with remodeled (by the previous home owner) bathrooms. The previous home owner's plumber set the shower faucets too far forward such that the wall plate and handle were not set against the wall which allowed water to get into the wall. A friend of mine used Rutkowski Plumbing for some work in her place and recommended I call them. I called on a Weds, got the appointment to inspect the issue for the following Monday between 8 am and noon. I wasn't sure if this meant they would fix the problem that Monday or not, but when they came out on Monday, took a look, they were able to start immediately. He reset both faucets (to where they should have been in the first place), caulked the face plates on the faucets and was done in about an hour. He did have to tear some big holes in the dry wall (goes with the plumbing territory, so I expected this), which I told him I would fix so not to worry.
They were friendly and professional. I gave a and quot;fairand quot; rating for price because they charge about what every other plumber was quoting me at (~$250+ for the parts and labor of ~1 hr), but other plumbers I talked too just stared at the faucet and said they weren't sure what was wrong with it. I am happy to pay a fair price for getting the job done right. I will absolutely use Rutkowski Plumbing in the future (old home, I'm sure I'll need a plumber again).

This work was actually perofrmed for a business office. He was refered to us by one of our employees that used him in the past. We had several challenging problems with long neglected plumbing issues.
We had 3 other plumbing companies quote the same work and the other 3 were all much more expensive and simply wanted to change out everything instead of focusing on the specific problems. After analyzing the quality of the other assessments/quotes and the very high prices, we asked around and got the referral. We decided to call in Mr Rutkowksi to get his opinion. We put him on contract that day. It is now 3 months later and at half the price of the other bids, our plumbing is working great!
He took the time to explain why he was approaching the issues the way he did (and why he disagreed with solutions other plumbers were bidding).
Smart guy that knows very well what can be fixed and what can't. I trust in his opinion and we'll use him for any future work.

The plumber is pretty good and it’s a one man operation. He didn’t want to do the full work that I was asking him to do. I wanted a heater installed in the guest bathroom because it takes long for the hot water to get there. So he gave me all kinds of reasons like the plumbing was old and he couldn’t weld it properly. It sounded more like a runaround and seemed like he didn’t want to do it. So there was a serious problem with that. He changed the whole faucet instead of replacing washers in the outdoor faucet and I wasn’t pleased with that. The price that he had charged was okay and he was punctual. I would not use their services in the future since we found someone else who we feel is better.

He was very reasonable for the repairs he has done for us. He is professional and has proven to also be dependable. We will continue to use his service in the future.

He was very prompt and courteous. He came on time and finished the work in timely manner. He charged us the same amount that he estimated before starting the work. I had quotes from other companies but, his quote was much lesser than anybody else.

Carl has done plumbing for us for over 15 years. He has been extremely honest, helpful and dedicated with his work. He has always been responsive to our problems with the plumbing in a 40-year-old home. I was astonished to read negative comments concerning him. Working by himself, with no employees or a company to back him up, punctuality can sometimes be problematic, but never unreliable.

THE PLUMBER DID A QUICK FIX AND NEVER GOT TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM. HE KEPT SAYING THAT WE NEEDED A NEW WATER HEATER AND SOFTENER TO STOP THE WATER ISSUES. HE SAID WE HAD HARD WATER BUILD UP. THE HOUSE IS ONLY FOUR YEARS OLD AND I HAD AN ISSUE WITH HIS ETHICS.
