Description of Work: Dana was fantastic overall and I would utilize him in a heartbeat for a future home inspection. He was not on the list of inspectors recommended by my realtor. I came across his name reading a newspaper story which gave him accolades for his work. He was responsive and efficient setting things up. Although he was late by about 2 hours for his appointment, he more than made up for it with his thoroughness. He submitted a detailed report to me that evening, and we spoke at some length the following day regarding the significance of certain findings. He was polite and professional throughout the entire process.

Description of Work: Dana did a home inspection for us on an investment property. He did an exceptional job. He made detailed descriptions of problems and took photos and labeled them. He coordinated with our realtor and builder.We worried about not being present for the inspection, but Dana did such a great job, we would recommend him to anyone. On new homes, he will come back and reinspect before the first year of the warranty is up. This is worth it for a small fee. He also does cosmetic inspections! Checking workmanship and quality.
