They were good, they were quick and responsive. Nothing but good things to say about them. There was a slight mismatch in the counter top and we talked about it with them. It's not a big deal but it's not quite right. I have had counter tops installed before and normally the company will send someone out to make a full size template so absolutely everything is known ahead of time. Then they'll give that template to the shop that actually cuts the counter top, so they know it's perfect. When they come in, it goes right in. These guys basically fabricate most of it on site. They do some of the major cuts in the shop but they do an awful lot of on site fabrications. And there were some anomalies about the wall in the kitchen, that if they had made a template, they would have known. But the way they did it, they just took some general measurements, cut the stuff in the shop, and then have the guys on site fabricate to fit it. The guys on site did the best they could, but there just so much they could do with what they had. It didn't come out exactly perfect. In the end, they would have been better off if they had made the template like other installers do. This template is literally a full size piece of cardboard that you lay down and those little anomalies would have been in the template and the counter top would have been perfect. In general, customer service was good.

The estimator called about 11:30 and asked of it would be ok to come out, that he was about 10 minutes away from our house, he did not show up for an hour. He apologized for being late and explained that the order did not have an appointment time and he was told we where located in the suburban San Antonio, not in Monticello Park. He explained that we should have an estimate by Friday evening or Monday at the latest. He did not give any presentation, just measured and left.It is Monday July 16 at 16:00, I called Marble & Granite Venetian and got Margaret's voice mail. I do not know if they do good work, but I do know that if there is a problem, they are very difficult to get a hold of. I would recommend NOT using this company

The work performed was satisfactory. the problem is with the sales personnel. At the time of ordering, I was quoted a price of 1202.98 for a cultured marble top and a shower enclosure. Which included a shower guard to protect glass from water stains and deposits. This product came at a cost of 300.00 which is part of the 1202.98 quoted. I paid with a credit card the full amount on 09/02/2011. On 09/03/2011, Sandra the sales rep. called to inform me that the shower enclosure I had chosen did not come with the option of a shower guard and she refund the 300.00 to my credit card. It is now 11/21/2011, with countless calls and excuses on how she is vary busy and how the paper work for the refund is in processing, I still can't get closure. I tried asking for a general manager to speak with, but I get transferred to Sandra's voice mail. I even tried going to the contractor who recommended the company to see if he can use his influence on my behalf. Still no luck. I believe that at this point, the stalling tactics are working. I will keep trying, but I think it's futile.

Price was great, fabricator was very accommodating. Install team was late, sloppy and broke some plumbing. They eventually did the right thing and paid for the repairs, but I had to elevate the claim to management to get a response. Also, have since noticed cracks forming in the tub deck.

Some of there workers are really competent, but others really lack training. Julio is the best installer they have. It took three different attempts to install the tub skirting. Julio was finally able to accomplish it when the two previous attempts failed. I worked with Kyle and he was very accommodating in making sure we were satisfied with the work.
