delivery was about 30 minutes late. The pickup was 3 hrs late. I waited about 45 minutes before contacting the company regarding the time frame because the paperwork said pick up time at 12 noon. If they had conveyed that we didn't need us to be home for the pickup, all would be ok. Instead I was told someone would call me back to tell me when I could expect pick up. That call never came. We eventually left to do Black Friday shopping and items were picked up without issue. Lack of communication caused the score.

On 10/7/2013, we reserved, and paid in full for, a moonwalk to be delivered on 10/12/2013. Two hours later, we called Tony to cancel the order. He said ok but was unable to talk at that time. On 10/10/2013, he informed us there would be no refund. I called him to discuss and he said the refund policy was agreed to when the order was placed on line.
This is what he referred to:
To continue, please acknowledge the following:
* We do not set up on rock or gravel. You will need to provide a separate circuit for each item ordered. Units must have electricity located within 50´.
* If your event is being held at a park, you need to call our office prior to booking. There are special requirements and a $20 additional fee for park rentals. You also understand you will need a generator.
* You agree to, and have reviewed our cancellation and bad weather policy.

Unfortunately, THERE IS NO CANCELLATION OR BAD WEATHER POLICY on the website.
However, in a confirmation email, it states the $50 deposit is unrefundable IF the order is cancelled upon delivery.
We paid $110.41 and expect a full refund since the order was cancelled the same day it was booked and NO DELIVERY TOOK PLACE.

I contacted the company at the last minute (less than 24 hours notice) and they still got me in. I indicated my son's party would start at 11am and the delivery/set up guy arrived at 9am. They were all very nice and there wasn't any type of delivery or setup charge. The total price was $99.46 (or something very close to that change amount) and I gave the guy $100.00 - wasn't offered any change, but not a big deal - I think it probably asked for exact change in the rental agreement/acknowledgement you have to agree to online. The guy that set up the bouncy house tried to clean it out as best as he could but there were still a fair amount of pieces of broken dried leaves in the creases - not a big deal either.
Everyone was happy - kids, adults, and mostly - me (mommy). I have 4 children and I will definitely be using this company again ... probably early April. Do you happen to offer any return user discounts? :)
In all seriousness - the price was competitive and I'm overall very satisfied. Thank You!

They were very punctual a d quickly set up he wet slide a nd bouncy house for my daughter's 1st birthday party. They set up he tables and chairs an the snow cone machine hat came with the package. I had made several calls trying to get th best price and I found it with this company. I would highly recoomend them. They not only had the best price but was very professional, quick and friendly. I would definitely use hm again.

My family & I rented a moon jump from this company for the first time. Everyone at our family celebration , especially our children were not happy with moon jump. The entrance to the moon jump was very small. It was difficult for our children & other parents to climb in & out of. I promised my family members that I would call to voice our opinion & ask several questions that we had since we had never seen a moon jump with a small entry. I called the next day & spoke to one of the owners. After I explained to her about how unhappy we were with rental, she rudely explained that due to safety reasons, that their moon jumps were all made that way & that they would not make any changes. Which was understandable. But I feel that they took my complaint too personal. They were rude & unprofessional. The phone conversation didn't go very well & didn't feel like I was treated fairly as a customer. I didn't even have a chance to ask several questions we had. So I emailed owner & told her that we would never do business with them again. Shortly after, her spouse called three times & harrassed us. I emailed them back & told them not to call again or we would take action. They replied back to my email , continued to be unprofessional & addressed me & my spouse by our full name . (which they had no record of) That tells me that they did some research to dig for our personal info. We were not happy at all about that. Never ever has a company that we've done business with, taken it this far nor treated me & my family this way. As a consumer we have every right to voice our opinions & complaints on a product & on poor customer service. On their website they state that their reputation depends on a customer's satisfaction. Well, this will be the 1st & LAST time that we do business with this company. Whenever I do business with a company, I research through referrals, BBB & Angie's list but the only reason I didn't do my research with this company is because my sister had the time to find a moon jump rental at the last minute through the internet, since we weren't able to rent from rental company that we usually rent from (due to no moon jumps avail at last minute) I also hope that no other customer has to go through this. Also, the reason why I didn't submit my report right away is because I was upset after this experience & when people are upset, we tend to have a sharp tongue.
