It's a quarterly service. It's $73 a quarter. They do mostly all their business online. They send me a notice of what day they're gonna come. They give me the option of accepting that day or schedule another day, but they do it mostly online. I don't have to be home unless they're going to do the inside of my house that day. Then, they send me the bill online and I can pay for it that day. The workers are good, professional and staff friendly. I know the guy now; he's been coming for a while now. He's very friendly, and he always remembers things that you talked about last time. He's efficient and if I need something done in between, like last year I had to have flea treatment and I just call him and he comes right out and does that, so whatever. It takes him probably half an hour.
