An incredible experience FINALLY with a contractor.  Doug is very professional, very punctual and explained every detail to me about what needed to be done with the floors.  After setting up for the workers to come out, I found his workers to be VERY professional, polite and will definitely use his services again.  You cannot go wrong with Y's Guys!

I needed the work done on very short notice and Doug was very fast to respond. He  showed up when planned, did a great job and cleaned up in no time. Very happy with Y's Guys and would not hesitate to recommend them!

It was probably September or October. And then the neighbor across the street used them also, because we referred him to her. She used them in December and no complaints. That I would not know, I just met him, I have no idea what the cost was. My husband interviewed 3 people and he was the one who went recently because of his attitude mannerism, his character. I really have not had any other than meeting this young. We are calling him back again for some repairs in the back and the garage but the others they have all seem pleasant. There was one for flooring but I do not remember the name of the company. I know he was funny than others but I have no idea. It is a one man but he has his contacts and they have all been very pleasant. But lately, we have been using the Y’s Guys.

They did very craftsman-like work and were very skilled at what they did. What is best is that they were really good communicators on what and was not going well and what they needed to do. They were impacted by the weather so there was a lot of shifting around of when they could work outside and couldn't. It went slower than I wanted, but I did not feel badly about it because they kept me up-to-date and current.

I had a water softener installed by Lowes back in 2008.  Since they couldn't dig under the driveway they decided to run the lines all the way around my house.  Those lines started leaking in July of 2013.
I called Doug (from Y's Guys) and  presented him with my hair-brained idea to address the issue.  He obviously had better ideas and was able to replace the damaged section of water lines and provide a better/deeper installation than what I had before.

Doug Young is very upfront and the price estimate was the actual cost of the repair.  We had a length of our privacy fence replaced.  They provided good quality materials, and the finished project was overall excellent.  They removed all the old wood and hardware. 
 
We only had two issues.  The first was the materials were delivered to our front yard and dropped on the lawn where they sat for two days before the work began, and we were a bit surprised.  We weren?t sure if it was ours or our neighbors since it was set on the property line and in both of our yards and arrived well before the work began.  The only other issue was the installer (a third party contractor), left the individual fence tags on each of the brackets.

Mr. Young was very upfront with the costs and did not ask for any money until all the work was completed satisfactorily.  My only complaint is that the tile guys didn't always show up when they said they were going to. 

Two repairmen showed up on time and got right to work removing the old motors.  My ceiling in the garage is higher than usual but they stil managed.  The job took a little longer than expected baecause one of the new door sensors was bad so trouble shooting had to take place before the problem was identified.  None of the repairmen complained about the extra time they had to take.  After the installation was complete I was shown the new feaures of this system and they helped me program my wireless controll entry pad and my wife's car so she can open the garage door from her car's built in remote access system.  They also cleaned up all of the boxes and trash from the new units and hauled my old units away with them.  Overall I was very pleased with their punctuality, professionalism and quality of their work.  I highly recdommend using therie service.

They fabricated and installed two raised panel cabinet doors with hidden hinges in master bedroom.  Provided and installed birch veneer plywood in family room shelving unit.  provided and installed two shelves to match existing shelves and applied sealer on new material.  Tore out existing speaker cabinets in game room and enclosed the open spaces with drywall, tape and float.  Filled and patched three damaged areas on back doors.  Replaced brick mould around one door.  Adjusted two patio doors upstairs.  Provided and installed new extra thick weatherstripping around doors.  Stretched carpeting in upstairs bedroom and hallway.

"Y"Guys was excellent!!!   They did and fixed every thing estimated in a timely manner and with expertise!  Will be using them again and again!  As soon as in a few weeks.

They are punctual, courteous, and fun.

We used Y's Guys to install a dryer vent and gas range vent to the roof. Mike, the owner, came out and gave me a price which I felt was a lot but we really didn't have time to get more estimates so we went ahead and hired them to do the work. The job took a little longer than we had anticipated because of some weather issues but the job was done right. He sent Gino to do the vent work and he did an excellent job! When Mike sent a roofer out to install the vents on top of the roof, they noticed there was an area around a water heater vent that needed some repair and he did this free of charge. Good honest people! I would use them again.
I only have one complaint and that is Mike had asked me when we are going to replace our roof as it is obviously in bad shape. I told him hopefully in the summer some time. I asked him to give me an estimate and he said he would send a roofer by next week to do the estimate but he never showed up. I also told Mike I had a window that was badly damaged by another contractor and wanted him to look at it and give me a price. He said he would but never got back to me. Maybe really really busy?? I don't know as he hasn't contacted me.
