"This is a strange review for us. We did not do any service in February of 2017. We did do service at this location in September of 2016. We have no record of a complaint. We are not sure why we would be given a negative review one year later. Either way, we will be calling to find out why"

"We are a local family owned and operated company. Because of that, it really does matter that every customer we service is very happy with our services. Our records show that we did an outdoor only treatment last year and again this year. They wanted to see no roaches inside but wanted us to treat only the outside of their house. The office highly recommended an inside treatment as well. We offered that at a discount because we felt it was really necessary. They chose not to have that done. After our first service, we were called in less than a week with the complaint that there were dead roaches inside the house. We again reiterated the importance of treating inside but were told that that was not an option. We also tried to explain that we cannot control whether an insect dies inside or outside of a structure. They were not satisfied with that so we offered to go back out at no cost and treat the outside again. The technician we sent has over 35 years of experience in pest control. More than 25 of those years with our company. He treated the outside and offered to treat the inside as well. They again chose not to have that done. As a kind gesture he treated the entire perimeter with a granular product at no charge. The first technician that went out did not do the granular treatment because that had not been discussed or paid for. Yes, we are disappointed that we received an F grade. We will do our best to make sure that this does not happen again. Most importantly, thank you for considering Apple Pest Control for any type of pest control service that you might need."
