Alamo Xtreme AC and Heating

Wonderful experience easy to communicate with .. fast work and most of all gave us updates as they checked each unit .. will hire them from now on !!

It took the serviceman several hours to figure out the problem. I'm not sure why it took so long. I was not informed as to what was happening during the process only when he was done and ready to leave did he tell me and then it was not clear what was done or needed to be done. When I received the invoice it stated the full scope of the work.

Excellent. Used them last year and will continue to use them for repairs and tune ups. Great customer service.

Great. Use again

Thanks Alamo Xtreme for installing our mini split in our master bedroom. Our electrical bills have been reduced since we like our room cold at night. We no longer have to cool the entire house.

The overall experience was good except their price was exorbitant. It was kind of an emergency. The air conditioner had frozen up. It was running water all over the wall and floor of the closet that it's in. It was an emergency call. They cleaned out the drain and he removed a P connection that was causing it to clog up. He also checked and refilled about a pound of Freon. He came on a very shot notice which was much appreciated but it was an extremely high charge for that. So far it seems to be good, there haven't been any recurrent problems. Their responsiveness would make me want to use them again. The price would make me not want to use them again.

I liked how quickly they responded because the old a/c unit broke we called them up and they were out within a couple of hours with a new a/c unit and they had it installed and running  that day.

Well they had to come back out the very next day because they had installed something incorrectly and so it wasn't working properly and when we call to tell them it took them a couple of hours before they sent someone out.

Went good, they resolved the problem.
