Just fantastic. See my last review. Entered this one since I've used them for ALL my plumbing for two houses since then. They've always exceeded expectations. If you need a plumber, Greg and crew are the folks you need to hire. New water heater, new water softener, one house main install, one main valve install, clear main sewer clog, re-pipe pool/backyard water plumbing, two emergent leaks, and probably something I've forgotten.

Preferred Plumbing was recommended to us years ago by a friend in insurance business. The bad copper lines used when our home was built in 1990 resulted in slab leaks & expensive reroutes, had had a couple done before we were blessed with this company. Truly a cut above! They are top-notch in every way in the work they do but even more in their character and heart! Greg & Josh have done more reroutes for us than I care to recount but have been the bright spot in these stressful issues taking care of the problem right away, always conscious about minimizing wall damage etc with reroutes, efficiently and with excellence at every step THEN caring and kind enough to work with us on payment for jobs ALWAYS well-done. We cant find words enough to recommend Alamo Preferred Plumbing! Great honest ethical expert company!! Thank you Dan, Greg & Josh!

My insurance company sent Preferred Plumbing to find the problem to determine what was covered. I was impressed by their ability to quickly determine which line was leaking. Once they did that, they installed a temporary line to restore hot water in the house until I could consult my insurance company. While they were here, they also checked for leaks in the sewer lines, and before leaving they made sure there were no more leaks in any of the water lines.

Greg was very helpful and was able to quickly unclog our toilet.

Testing was punctual and professional. Testing was very detailed and accurate.
