TV Repair
Only real complaint is lack of return calls when I was attempting to contact him to see if he would do the job...and after I dropped the player off and was trying to determine status. Was certainly in no big hurry but I expect calls to be returned. On my last call, he did indicate the work was done and charge was very nominal. Didn't care about the player and tape was returned in good shape.

Terrible. We dropped it off for repair on 8/21/08. We were told we would be called with an estimate for repair. We were never called. My husband finally got in touch with the owner, and after a few more days he finally called my husband and said he needed to order a part. I have called and left messages on numerous occasions, but have not received a call regarding the status of our TV. I have no idea what is going on with the repair or when it will be fixed. At this point, I just want my TV back so I can take it somewhere else to get it repaired. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING FOR THIS MERCHANT FOR REPAIR!! As of 9/11/08, I still have not heard from the owner on the status of our TV.

THE PART WAS ORDERED AND A1 CAME TO THE HOUSE TO FIX OUR TELEVISION BECAUSE WE DIDN'T WANT IT TAKEN OUT OF THE HOUSE SO HE FIXED IT IN OUR HOME. HAD TO CALL HIM A FEW TIMES, BUT BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BUSY IT DID TAKE JUST A FEW DAYS. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
