A-A Emergency Garage Door Center

Great! I called Dan and he arrived the same morning. He efficiently replaced the broken spring, then demonstrated how to maintain the garage door.

Our garage door came off track the evening before service causing it not to close.  Needing to get to work for the day, I called A-A and surprisingly Daniel answered at the very early hour of 5:00am.  He made arrangements to service the door and stated he would arrive between 9:00-9:30am.  He was at the house just a little after nine, assessed the problem and provided a fair price prior to starting the work.  He promptly made the necessary repairs and tested to door to ensure that it worked correctly.  He was very pleasant and professional; I would definitely call him again for garage door repair work.

I called and Daniel the owner answered. He told me he would be out between 2-4pm. He was running early from a previous job and called to see if he could come early. He was courteous and the job was complete in 20 minutes. He charged the exact price he quoted me when I made the appointment.

The garage door wouldn't close.  I called 2 other companies and A-A Emergency Garage Door Center, owner Daniel Gomez.  Dan said he would be here in an hour.  He was here in 45 minutes.  He found the problem and the work was scheduled for the next day.
Dan and his son, Dorian, arrived as scheduled.  Both of them were very professional, courteous, friendly, efficient and hard working.  They completed the work in 1 hour.
Dan is a man of quality.  He's very honest and his prices are very fair and reasonable.  Highly reputable.  I will call only him whenever the garage door needs any service.  You won't go wrong hiring this company.  I highly recommend them.

Outstanding experience.  Daniel returned my call and scheduled an appointment for early Sunday morning (Labor day weekend).  He arrived on time and completed the work very efficiently.   He was very professional yet personable.  Highly recommended.

Called a few companies from the list. He was the only one who answered and agreed to come over in a couple hours. Daniel was right on time. My door was bending and popping. He added a reinforcement strut/bar. Adjusted me spring and lubricated hinges. Very nice guy, and reasonable. Highly recommend!

I called Daniel and left a message. He promptly returned my call, and came right out, on a Sunday. He repaired the spring, tidied up a few other issues I was having with the garage door opener while he was there. He was prompt, courteous and did a great job. Feel like I was treated well and would certainly recommend him.

Daniel answered and was willing to come to my house within the hour, but I was not able to be home at that time, so we arranged a time for the following day. Daniel arrived promptly, assessed the problem and did the repair. He was very pleasant and professional and did not try to sell me a bunch of extras. I would definitely use him again.

The garage door spring broke on Sunday afternoon. They came within about 90 minutes. Replaced the spring quickly. There was a $20 Sunday charge that I was happy to pay. I'm completely satisfied.

Excellent. He changed out my spring system to avoid having the garage door replaced.

We were leaving on a Saturday morning, and we couldn't get the garage door to go up. Upon further inspection, we discovered the large spring above the garage door had snapped during the night. Worse, we were stuck with a 300 lb garage door we couldn't budge with both cars parked in the garage. We were thankful that A-A was open and able to help us. Within 20 minutes of calling, they arrived at our house with parts in hand. Just 30 minutes later, we had a working door again.
Daniel was prompt and reasonable. I was expecting a larger bill than the $170 we had to pay for parts and labor. We even asked him to come back next week and replace our now-squeaky wheels on the track with newer nylon ones.
I'd absolutely recommend Daniel and A-A to others.

My wife got home from work at 7:45pm. We have a garage door opener, we keep both our cars in the garage, my car was already in the garage, after she pulled in the garage and closed the door there was a loud noise. I went to investigate and immediately saw the broken spring. We have a 2 car garage (with one door). I tried to lift the door but it was too heavy, so basically we were stuck and could not get our cars out of the garage. I immediately got on-line to see if there was someone that was still open. I saw one 24hr garage door service so I knew we could get it worked on tonight. My wife told me to get on Angie's List and see if there was a 24hr garage door repair, there was, and one recent review stated that out of 3 calls she made for 24hr garage door service only one called her back (A-A Emergency Garage Door Center). I immediately called A-A Emergency Garage Door Center and reached Dan, by this time it was 8:10pm. He told me to call him back and leave my address and that he would be there shortly. At 8:45pm Dan showed up and got right to work. He replaced the spring in no time at all (I thought it would take a lot longer) he was finished at 9:00pm. The total cost was $169.00. One rating I saw gave him a "B" for professionalism because he did not have a uniform, I did not care that he did not have a uniform, he was very professional. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again. He "saved" me and my wife from having to miss work in the morning, as we would have had to wait until the next day for someone to come and get our garage door open.

We came home in the late evening to find that our garage door would not go up. Upon inspection, we found that the spring had broken. We called two companies, including this one, that listed 24 hour emergency repairs. This company was the only one to return our call. We called at about 8pm. They returned my call within about 20 minutes. They were out about 45 minutes later. They worked quickly and replaced the broken spring. They were done by 10pm and the price, considering that it was an emergency late night repair, was very reasonable. The only reason we gave them a B on professionalism is their attire/lack of uniform.

My experience with them was good. I called him on a Saturday and he was able to get out there on a Saturday. He fixed it and he fixed it right and quickly. It was excellent. I will call him back.
