Have been using this company for HVAC service and maintenance since past 3+ years. Had a heater issue right after they serviced and they came the day after and gave a temp fix to heating which did not last long enough and as soon as I paid my service fee they stopped responding to my calls. Will not recommending them for reliability.

"Mr [Member Name Removed] Sorry for this bad experience And is fair to tell all the story, starting for the very low price we gave you for your AC unit (just the outdoor unit because indoor unit is older), we fix a water leak that we did not create and you blame us and we fix it and also fix your ceiling. (Just for customer satisfaction, we send you the invoice stating that you have a drainages issues and you said that you will take care of it) We check your heater in October 17 and in November 17 the board fail, we came and did a temporary fix (we didn’t charge you for the fix) you just paid for the service fee Yesterday we order the board but did not get on time to pick it up and will be ready for Monday morning. (Because all this happens on the weekend) Is sad to rate a company based on one experience and not talk about all good experience you previously had, and based you experience just because manufacturer doesn’t open the stores on weekends and you have to wait 2 days to have one of the two units you have fixed. If the $79 dollar you spend are hurting you that much to have all your fake accounts adding fake reviews let us know and we can return the $79 dollars for service fee you paid for the service we did Sorry again for not meet your expectations"

Excellent job done by Nova Air. Salvador is very professional, kind, honest and very knowledgeable. Samuel and team did an excellent job for complete system replacement. Nova Air is my place for home AC system. I HIGHLY recommend to go with Nova Air. Thank you Nova Air!

I thought they did excellent work. The product was installed within the predicted time frame and works great. Technicians cleaned up after themselves leaving the place as they found it. I only wish they had discussed circuit breaker requirements ahead of time to see if there was a product which fit my existing breaker configuration. Because of my out of pocket expense to upgrade my circuit breaker I'm giving a B instead of an A.
