Mr. McClenny was a pleasure to work with. He made it to my home regardless of our freak East Texas Snow Storm! He was friendly, and did a BEAUTIFUL job! He went above and beyond in my opinion. He even came back a week later to make sure everything was okay with the floor. And when we had a fish bowl mishap (my fault) he smiled and fixed my disaster! I broke a fish bowl directly on the spot he was working on! The water would have ruined my floor! But he was quick! Most people would have charged for the extra time, I know I would have. It took him several hours to save my flooring! And the entire time he reassured me. Oh yes, and did I mention he saved my daughters fish! Above and beyond.
