S.W.A.T. Roofing and Contracting

Throughout the years I have only made 3 claims on properties, this one, with SWAT was the 4th, so I am not an insurance abuser but I do expect to be treated properly when I do make a claim. I finally got the response I thought I should get with an insurance claim. It was a straight forward roofing replacement and interior repair to the water damaged ceiling, Swat was excellent, no double talk, no gimics, no tricks, no "misunderstandings" Ethan was my contact and ran the whole job. From first call to last contact I did not have one single issue, not one problem, did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and had me personally review the written contracts line by line before any work was done, and then met me at the job site and did not accept the final payment until I looked things over and accepted the scope and quality of work. Am I dreaming or what, finally after years of premiums I simply got what I had been paying for. It would not be fair to leave out that my insurance company was excellent as well, very cooperative and stream line, very clear about everything and communicated directly and well with SWAT Roofing. So for this experience I give a massive thumbs up, I will be referring SWAT to others and using their contracting services in the near future on my personal residence

A week after waiting for responses from quotes request online, Rico was in my neighborhood and stopped by. After speaking with him, I was confident that his company was the right choice. But, to be fair and certain, I had other contractors come out for an estimate. After weighing my options, SWAT was my preferred choice. About a week before the job was to be done, Rico called to confirm a day that fit my schedule, as well as what to expect on the day of the job. Just as he had previously explained, his team arrived promptly, explained (again) the plan of action, and went to work. The job was completed in a timely manner which drew the attention of several of my neighbors (they needed roofing services as well). Rico even made me a short video of my new, upgraded roof. They started and completed the job on time. Supplies arrived at 7am, all work and cleanup was done by 4:30 pm. It looks better than the day I bought this house. Rico was extremely courteous and explained the whole job to me. I would definitely contract S.W.A.T do other construction work for me, when the time comes. Excellent! The whole experience was very professional and felt like from the 1st experience with Rico explaining their services all the way up to the job site completely being cleaned up, was done in a very professional manner. They even went into the attic to make sure that there was clearance for my AC lines coming in that came close to the roof. Job was completed on time and I'm very pleased with their workmanship. Overall was a good experience with Rico and the crew. Roofing crew was courteous and professional throughout the job. Rico was always available and responsive when we had questions. Appreciated the recommendation of installing new ridge vents to improve circulation in attic. Repainted all roof vent pipes to match the roof so that they did not stand out so much as well as replaced all boots around the vents. Was impressed with the level of effort in making sure the area was cleaned up and roofing nails picked-up. Crew walked around the house with me to insure I was satisfied with the job performed. Rico also arranged for all gutters to be replaced which was promptly completed once the roof work was done. Would definitely recommend S.W.A.T. for your roofing needs and I would certainly utilize them again if the need arises.

The entire process of working with SWAT Roofing to replace my roof was easy and stress free. Mr. Rico Chazarreta explained every step that would take place by his crew and made himself available 24/7 to answer my questions. He dealt with my insurance company and SWAT Roofing picked up my deductible! I was happy with their professionalism and the timely manner it took to complete my roof.
