Charlie went above and beyond what was asked. He came to clean our pool and in the process a leak occurred in the pool. He included the patch in the service and was dedicated to fixing and ensuring our was not leaking. Highly recommend his service. Pool looks amazing.

So far, the switch to Submission Pools has been a great one. Charlie is very responsive and personable. He’s on time and the turnaround on repairs is very quick. Very happy customer.

I hired them to fix my very green algae filled pool. He came out the same day and proposed the plan for getting my pool pretty again. He started that day and now my pool as never looked better. I have now hired him to re-do some of the plumbing and will be having him come out weekly for maintenance. I have been nothing but impressed with this work product and worth ethic. He does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it. He's excellent in keeping me informed when there is a change of plans. I wish I had found him a year ago, this company is the best I've had in 7 years.

Charlie was great. We hired him for a one time vacuum of our pool. And later realized we needed additional work to our pool. He is so knowledgeable and was able to handle those issues. From changing out filter panels to replacing a pump, changing a pool light and drain cover.

On time and very knowledgeable. Work is amazing and he knows his stuff and fixes it well. Completes the job in a timely manner. Anyone would be glad to have him do their work.
