RHS AC HEATING & REFRIGERATION

I called around 3:30. Said he was finishing a job and would call if he could make it by today. He called back in about 20 minutes. He checked the outside unit and both capacitors were bad. He had to return to his home and get the corrects capacitors. The unit was fixed in less than 10 minutes.  It was a long hot day but tonight will be cool.

Called him one evening late after arriving home to a warm house. He asked us questions over the phone to try to find the problem. He came out early the next morning, took care of the problem and was gone in @ 30 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. Would certainly use him again and would refer him to any of our friends or neighbors.

Ronnie, the owner and operator of RHS, completed the semi-annual check-up on our HVAC this morning. As usual, he was prompt,
professional, and provided quality service at a fair price. Ronnie has done other, larger repairs for us in the past and we have been very
pleased with all his work. We have always felt that Ronnie has given us excellent advice on our HVAC needs and has provided services quickly and competently. We have recommended him to family and neighbors and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in our area in need of work on heating and air-conditioning units of all sizes.

Did an excellent job in attempting to determine if a leak in the charged line existed. When he could not confirm such leak he recharged the system. All continues to be well!

I had a new A/C unit installed in my house. I will probably have them do the other one also.

Ronnie Hooks is a genius!!!!! He installed my air conditioning compressor about 5 or so months ago and today, my heat stopped working. This had nothing to do with the condensor/compressor he replaced outside as my heater is an 11 year old inside unit. He walked me through some very simple steps to test what the problem might be and was discovered it was in the thermostat in the house. Most other companies would have simply scheduled an appointment right off the bat, charged a service call through their receptionist and charged an arm and a leg. Ronnie had come twice to my home 5-6 months ago first to install the condensor outside and then to clean my inside coils on my old Trane unit. He is extremely HONEST to have taken the time to talk with me on the phone 4 different times this afternoon and walking me through different steps to discover it was a very quick and simple fix. I have heat again and I am thrilled with Ronnie Hooks service and honest approach to customer service. I would definately use him again. Overall rating would be a 10 STAR. He is extremely knowledgeable about air and heating systems. I do not remember if I originally got RHS A/C off of Angies List or if it was a friend that gave me his contact info initially, but I did find him on Angies list today and thought I would give him a review as he helped me so much to resolve my heat issue today.

Our A/C went out, of course, on one of the hottest Texas summer days. I called RHS, and he came out as soon as he was finished with the job he was working on. The price was very fair, and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

A friend of mine had recommended him to me. He is an independent person, and his price was a lot cheaper than another company that I know of. We discussed the pros and cons of each option. RHS AC is a lot more energy efficient when compared to others. The technician was honest and just fabulous.

Installation went quite well. Ronnie came very well recommended by a friend who has used him for many jobs over the past few years. His reputation is deserved. He was reliable, honest, and open about his evaluation of what we needed and his suggestions for solutions. His bid was $1000 lower than another bid we received.
