RENUBATH

My contractor had scheduled Renubath to come to our home between 10am and 11am on Tuesday 5/28/2012 to refinish a cast iron tub as part of a guest bath remodel. This appointment had been scheduled for at least one week.  11am came and went and after calling my contractor, I found out that they had forgotten Monday the 28th was Memorial Day and that they were totally off on their schedule.  They never called my contractor to let him know that our appointment would be a problem, but waited for us to call to find out that they would not be here until 3pm.  3pm came and went and after contacting my contractor again, Renubath called me at 4pm to let me know that hopefully he could make it through traffic to get here around 4:30.  I told him to cancel the appointment and that I didn't need his services.  After reading another reviewers comments on Angie's List, I had no confidence that he would make the appointment.  I should have checked Angie's List first.  I now have an appointment with another service provider that has great reviews.  I am hoping that one goes as planned!
