About us
Northwest is a small business, family owned and operated by Don Rutherford, a roofer by trade. All estimates and most small repairs are done by Don, complete roof replacements are done by one of his crews, some of which have been with him for 10 years. Seldom does Northwest Roofing use other subcontractors, the company takes on only the work they can handle so that each job is done with personal care and supervision. In Texas there is no such thing as a license roofer, Texas does not have this requirement. Someone may have a license but it is from another state where it is required. Estimates are free for most repairs and reroofs. There is a fee for leak estimates. Finding a leak involves not only covering the roof, but possibly attic inspections, spending up to an hour to find a leak. This fee is waived if work order is approved.. Estimates are usually good for 30 days or less, because of the ever changing prices of oil, the price of shingle materials change also. Roofing prices cannot be given over the phone or thru email since every home is different, they have to be priced on site. Ventilation services can be given an estimate over the phone but are not laid out in stone, again because on site is much better. Also serving Lake Worth, North Richland Hills, Rhome, Richland Hills, Roanoke, Saginaw, Watauga, Haslet, Lakeside, Keller, Grapevine, Hurst, Euless, Arlington, Decatur, Springtown, Azle, Reno, Grand Prairie, and all of Fort Worth and it's townships.
