EDIT: This man appears to be a racist that prowls on unsuspecting people. I now have text messages where I'm basically being asked to remove my review for a refund and being told since we can't afford things (even though he was never told that), that we should use a window unit. No sir, what you should do is stop taking advantage of people and read up on child labor laws because I'm certain we didn't hire your grandson to work in 105 degree weather, because let's be honest he was doing all the work! I paid for services (still not too sure what I was billed for, especially when he admitted he made no repairs afterwards), and my issues were still not resolved. Then had the audacity to try and add on other things but didn't fix what they were asked to. I specifically told this man that the AC was not blowing cool air but it was blowing. Well, by the time he was done charging me and making the issue much worse and not fixing anything. I had to find someone else to start the entire process all over again because he didn't know what he was doing. If you're looking to be taken advantage of then by all means, this is the company to call.
