LARRY'S OVERHEAD DOOR

They did a good job. They were quick, fast and did it in a hurry. They came right out, told me what it was going to cost and fixed it. They did exactly what I thought. They came out that afternoon. They came out when they said. They explained to me other options if I wanted one or two springs. I was happy with it.

He was there and he did it. His responsiveness and punctuality is good. He is honest and trustworthy. He knows what he's doing. He comes out when I call him.

We contacted Jimmy at Larry's about a week before we started enclosing our carport ourselves. He was very helpful with determining what size opening we would need to have for an overhead garage door even though we had not decided where we were going to buy the door.
Few days later we were ready to order the door. After calling a few places with no results we decided to call jimmy again. He responded promptly to our calls and a time for the installation was determined.
Pedro came to install the door. He was very polite and professional. He made sure we were satisfied with the door and operation of it before he left. He made sure that all work area was as clean as it was when he got here.
We highly recommend their services.

They were very responsive. It took about 2 days for someone to come out to fix the door. However, when he did, he replaced the rather large spring with two smaller springs and showed us how to keep them lubricated and perhaps last longer.

The doors were delivered to Larry's slightly earlier than predicted, and a crew was dispatched to my house to install them the day after they arrived. They dismantled the old doors, hauled off the old parts, and installed the new doors in about 2 hours total. They dealt with a couple of problems with my particular old garage and asked me how I wanted them to proceed. The new doors function perfectly, offering one-finger manual operation (as compared to the two-handed significant effort the old heavy wood doors required.

Their initial visit was earlier than they had promised to be available, and the work would have been complete on that day if we hadn't had some communication problems (they were unable to reach my cell phone). The follow-up visit got the 2nd door into good order and completed the work to my satisfaction.

Larry's was able to send out a representative the next day. He looked over the situation and determined that only the door needed to be replaced at this time and other parts such as the drive motor drive could be done at a future point. He ordered the parts and the installers were there the following business day; they worked quickly and had replaced my door in about 1-1/2 hours. ALL for several hundred less than others had told me it would cost (without sacrificing quality). I am a happy camper!!

THEY CAME OUT AND TOOK ONE LOOK AT THE GARAGE DOOR AND KNEW IMMEDIATELY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY REPLACED THE SPRING, CHECKED AND ADJUSTED THE TRACK, TIGHTENED ALL SCREWS AND BOLTS. I BELIEVE THEY ALSO LUBRICATED THE MOVING PARTS TO MAKE THE DOOR EASIER TO HANDLE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL THAT THEY TOOK AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE END RESULTS.
