Our main A/C outside compressor unit stopped working early Sunday morning (1:30am).  I tried reseting the circuit breakers, but to no avail.  I called several companies starting at 9am, but I only reached several answering services and a few companies who were two days out in wait time.  Even though, I did not initially reach anyone at Hull A/C and left a voicemail, Mr. Lonny Hull called back within the hour.  Mr. Hull explained he had one customer ahead of me, but could probably be at my home in another hour.  He texted me updates, and let me know when he was on his way.  Mr. Hull was very quick and efficient.  He diagnosed the problem very quickly, which only turned out to be a bad capacitor, and checked for coolant leaks.  I thought the worst and assumed I was going to be recommended an entire new unit, but Mr. Hull assured me I still had some life in the current one, and suggested steps to keep the unit running for as long as possible.  He took time to explain any details and answered all my questions.  Mr. Hull was prompt, courteous, professional, and his prices were more than fair.  Should any more trouble arise or when it comes time to replace my unit, Mr. Hull and his company will be the first I call.  I would highly recommend Hull A/C to anyone.

They were very accommodating and fit me into their busy schedule. Diagnosed my problem and fixed it quickly. I am making them my "Go To Guys" for my AC repair and maintenance. Highly recommend

Lonnie came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. We had other company come out to fix it and their quote to what was wrong was $1300 or if I signed up for their maintenance program $1100. But they said what I really needed was a whole new unit for $9000. Obviously I was not going to agree to either one of those options at that time. When Lonnie looked at the unit, the other company did not even hook the unit back up, they had left wires lose!! He replaced the compressor and hooked it back up properly for less than $200!!! He said that our unit would be fine now and did NOT need to be replaced at this time. When it is time to replace we will definitely be calling him back out!!!

Came out same morning we called for service. Very fast considering he was on another job when contacted. Reasonably priced.

I have used Hull air conditioning personally for our home needs for a few years. Additionally, he has done quite a bit of air conditioning and heating work on an older commercial building we previously housed our business in. Loni has allways been straight forward and honest about what needed to be done. He does what he says he will do and he does a professional job when he does it.

Due to the holiday, I expected to spend a full 7-8 days without air conditoning. Lonny kept me updated as to status of the equipment delivery. I was blown away on SUN (3 days after initial call) when he called to schedule installation of the new unit on MONDAY, a holiday! Not only did I get relief from the record-breaking heat, his consideration for my time meant I did not have to take time off work for installation. His crew was thorough, efficient and careful to clean up after themselves. I was very pleased with the work, the fair price and the level of professionalism. I have used HULL A/C for years and intend to continue.

Lonny is great to work with, and Office Manager/Wife, Angie, is wonderful about response time and follow-through.

His crew arrived close to when he said they would arrive. The lead guy had me give him a tour as the other 2 unloaded the equipment and drop cloths(yeah!!). This is where some companies drop the ball and really make your carpet and floors filthy. Even with drop cloths, you will still need to have your carpets cleaned. They never use enough of them. The best I have seen, is when I had my A/C replaced and the company put down some type of plastic that sticks to the floor, from the front door, up the stairs, across the landing and to the stairs to the attic. This was just awesome!! They were a very nice and friendly crew that really had high regards for their employer. They said Lonnie always expected them to do high quality of work and not to skimp or cut corners. I had an extensive amount of questions I asked during the day just to see if they did the right things and a good quality job. They spend over 9 hours doing the job. I watched and checked up on them occasionally as they went and they did everything as it was explained to me, and no I wasn't a pest! ;o) They brought huge trash bags to load the old duct stuff into so as not to make a mess of my house when they removed it out of the attic. They reassured me that everything would be sealed tight, even the air duct boots to the Sheetrock with mastik. After they were done, I went and looked and they did a superb job of hanging the ductwork and ensuring that it would not be crimped or crushed. They did a good job of cleaning up the attic and swept and cleaned the floors fairly well. Lonnie during the day and after they were done to inspect the job. Seemed to trust his guys to do a great job and they did! One note, our media room (25x18) has always stayed much warmer than the other rooms by 3-6 degrees. It only had two 7 inch ducts going to it, now it has three 8 inch ducts and one 5 inch duct in the equipment room. This room now is about 1 degree cooler after having the upstairs balanced correctly. Overall a Fantastic job and one done right!!
