The owner specifically assessed my a/c for repair and quoted an extremely competitive rate that under bid AHS and three other reputatble companies. After 4 months of debating with my home warranty company for a fair price and failure to correctly diagnose the problem , I opted to utilize Garrâ s Climate Control who was able to replace my coil for a third of the price . If you have American HomeShield (AHS). I would recommend utilizing Mr. Garr after settling with a buyout from AHS . I promise Mr. Garr will provide the highest level of professionalism, work around your schedule, thoroughly explain his diagnostic assessment, shop for quality yet inexpensive parts, and quickly perform the work. He will also register your product so that your part warranty is extended and documented. Additionally, Tammy Garr, his financial officer, is equally professional and she will provide you with a variety of payment options to fit your needs. Communication is timely and concise. A family business that treats you like one of their own. Truly second to known if you are looking for good service. My house is freezing after four months of living in up to 107 degrees temp. I only wished that I had call them sooner!
