It turns out we needed to stop the leak, remove the water and salvage as much of the floor and carpet as we could. Shane referred a top-notch plumber who worked on the wall leak while Shane and Family Owned Restoration provided state-of-the-art fans and water removal equipment to start the drying process. In short the process turned out to be a week long with Shane and Angie moving fans, checking for wet/dry spots and diligently monitoring progress. They treated this crisis as if it were their own and were extremely helpful and dedicated to getting the job done right. They kept me from panic mode by providing professional service and care. When all was said and done Family Owned Restoration completed the job with success and in a very cost-effective manner. They always explained what work needed to be done and asked for my approval before they started anything.
I'd never had water damage before (thankfully) so I had to find a trust-worthy professional to identify the issues and recommend solutions to remedy the mess. Family Owned Restoration completely exceeded my expectations and provided me a complete solution to fix the damage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
