The Eagle representative came out after I had another company look at our backup generator. The first company couldn't diagnose the problem and suggested I purchase a whole new unit. When Eagle showed up, they isolated the problem in about 15 minutes. They secured the necessary parts and then replaced them at 1/2 the cost of replacing the entire unit. They kept me informed about the status of the parts and all their work. This is how service should be performed and I couldn't be happier.
