They were very good. I had no problems with them at all. Everything went perfect. They called and got here on time. They never overlooked anything. They encountered certain issues but worked through it.  They were at my place in two days as they said they would be. I would definitely use them again in the future.  Their pricing was fair. The quality of work was excellent.

Did an okay job, but clearly did not want to do the job. When asked to have the recently purchased handle switched from the old to the new toilet he purposely broke it to avoid attaching it to the new toilet. When confronted he said "it was corroded", which upon inpection was clearly not the case.

I looked him up on the list and I called and he came right out. He was fast in getting there and did not drag his feet, and was fast in doing the repair. He cleaned up and went on his business. I think he charged me about $75 or $100, but i did not think it wasn?t what I considered to be out of rhyme or reason.

The latter two jobs were charged by the job--the inspection at $100 and the water heater updating and repair at $475. I am very pleased with Mike's work, his courtesy, and his clear explanation of his work. I would highly recommend Dr. Plumber and Mike, in particular.

After I discovered my water heater was leaking, I knew it was time to get a replacement. I called a home improvement store and asked about their installation service. They said they could get it replaced same day. The home improvement store used DR Plumber to get the job done. I had to actually come in to the home improvement store to sign the paperwork and pay for the new water heater and installation. After a few calls from the home improvement store and DR Plumber, I got an installation time-window. Two technicians from DR Plumber showed up in the time promised and got the new water heater installed in short order. They had to also replace the cold water shutoff valve because it broke when I tried to turn the water off to the old water heater (that was about $100 extra and part of my project cost). The workers did a great job and all is well! Thanks home improvement store and Dr Plumber for getting the job done so quick!

I located this company in some sort of yellow pages in the phone book. When I called, they were able to give me a fixed price (not an hourly rate) to fix my problem. They were even able to come out later that day! The gentleman that showed up was Mike. He asked a few questions and went right to work. He was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He also thoroughly cleaned up his work area!
