we were waking up with headaches, then noticed that the heating system had flames coming to the outside of the unit, called Perry Wright who came over that afternoon. He came by my office around 5:00 p.m. and said I had to shut your furnace down, it has a crack in the air-box causing gasses from the burner to be distributed throughout your house and that is also why you are seeing flames in the worng place (which could catch the house on fire) by the way your 02 levels are at 2.7 and people go to sleep and not wake up at 5.0 You need to completely replace the system as even your outside compressor wont work with the new gas. So we agreed on a price and that the wife and I would go to San Antonio over the weekend and he would have the house to himself to repair the unit. I was astonished to rreceive his call on Saturday evening saying it was done and also that he was $490.00 under budget.
