He is excellent. They are very receptive. If you call them, they are out the next day if you want them then. They answer the phone very readily. You don't have to keep calling them back. They actually answer the phone. They haul everything off. They also shave three feet of the palm trees each time they trim them and that is included in the price. They were very good.
