We received very prompt and courteous service from everyone at Southern A/C. Water was leaking from the air vents in the ceiling (our a/c unit is in the attic).  Of course, the problems had to happen in the middle of the night.  Flavio came out within the hour and was able to diagnose our problem. He is back today to make sure that everything is okay.  We have been using their company for at least 5 years.  Thank you Flavio!

Jesse (Owner) was very professional in his assessments of what my A/C needs were. Before he quoted me a price, he thoroughly examined my current A/C units as well the the duct work. He laid out various options which would best suit my needs as well as my budget. His work crew reflected his professional demeanor as well. I particularly liked how he has been easily accessible in returning my phone calls and answering my questions. He even went out of his way to personally fill in holes near the A/C unit which my dog had made. His attention to details is second to none, going as far as using Goo Be Gone to remove a little tape on the A/C units. Kudo's to him and his team. I would highly recommend using Southern A/C & Heating.

everything went smoothly! Jesse the owner came to my home to give us a quoye and was friendly from the get go he was honest and very blunt. he explaned everything so i could easily understand. we made arrangements for them to come back to dobthe install and all the workers were very friendly. they answered all my questions without hesitation. Amanda the manager has kept in contact to make sure everything is working well. i am very happy with the service i received. I will definitely recommend them!!!
