Jennifer of Roman's Interiors is very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was easy for me because of her knowledge. The installers were the best! They also knew what they were doing.

Work went very well...Jennifer (and Steve) were extremely helpful with advice and suggestions for the remodel. They were very understanding regarding our budget and decorating tastes. Replaced cabinets and bathtub tile surrounds in 2 bathrooms. In the kitchen, new cabinets, quartz counter top and tile back splash were installed. New vinyl flooring installed throughout entire house. All the workmen were courteous, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure working with Romans and we are extremely pleased with the outcome...would certainly use them again.

The young woman at Romans helped us pick out new tile for a bathroom
remodeling project, and even made available some of their old stock that
matched our unusual 1955 "Air Force Officer" house original tile. There
was a lovely but difficult to match color she helped get just right,
and we saved the tiles from tearing out the bathtub area, to reinstall
with additional pieces from Romans' stock. Great job, and such precise
measurements! Wow. Both her floor tile recommendations and the new shower floor tiles in a walk-in shower of lovely tiles have proven to be the best we've ever had, and get lots of compliments. Great appearance, good durability, fit, match, etc.

Excellent and professional service. Called for a quote on StainmMaster carpet. Jennifer showed up the next day with samples, and measured the 3 bedrooms. She called back with an estimate within 2 days. Carpet ordered and arrived next week. Installers showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job. They were quick, courteous, and professional. Seams don't show, absolutely all debris removed. Very nice guys!

After reviewing tile selections in store, Romans came to my house to provide a detailed estimate.  They also provided advice on tile and grout selection including color recommendations.  They were very competitive with other estimates I received and provided more personalized service.  Installation was timely as scheduled and took 3 days.  Minor issue when installer ran short of tile due to an ordering issue, but was quickly resolved so final area could be completed a few days later.

This was a very pleasant experience. Gloria was very accommodating: she came to my house in the evening so I didn't have to take time off work. She returned phone calls. She was knowledgeable about the various cabinet manufacturers--showing me the differences so that I could make an informed decision. She drew a very nice layout of the new cabinets and later we refined it so that we maximized the space to make it very efficient and organized. She didn't try to sell me things I didn't want, but she made some excellent suggestions about configuring the cabinets. Measurements were precise so that when the appliances were delivered, they were an exact fit. The cabinets were delivered exactly as scheduled. A couple days later, I realized that two of the pull-out trays needed to be adjusted, and the installer came back the next day to make the adjustment.
