Description of Work: I am so sorry to report that this gentleman has not personally answered his phone for the past three months. He is the only clock repairman that was listed in this area of South Texas. One would think that even if he were absent for 1/2 of the year as is the case with many "winter Texans", that he would have access to his answering machine and at least tell me that he will be present until Oct., Nov., Dec. or Jan. I am at a loss as how to grade him. The high mars he received from a previous customer make me feel like I need to practice patience with this professional clock repairman and that sooner or later he will respond :-) Dr. P. W. Blycker residence in McAllen;teaching volunteer of music, Rio Grande Bible College, Edinburg, TX.

 + -1 moreMark Richardson is his name and he is located in the Rio Grand Valley, Harlingen, Texas.He had to put in the complete new time piece. I called several places and had two others work on it and they did not fix it and it cost a lot of money. He is great. Took some time because he had to order the inside and made sure it was working properly and it is now. I am truly greatful for getting my clock fixed. He is a very punctual person and a very well perceived person also. Any questions call me : Jan Stewart, 956-464-5140. If you use him, you will not be sorry.
Description of Work: He completely put in a new timepiece into my Ridgeway Grandfather Curio Cabinet clock. I had never had anything done with it for twenty years and it quit working, I had 2 other people work on it and it was a disaster. Clock repair made it new. I love it and it is back in my living room and working great.
