Mark Richardson is his name and he is located in the Rio Grand Valley, Harlingen, Texas.He had to put in the complete new
time piece. I called several places and had two others work on it and they did not fix it and it cost a lot of money. He is great.
Took some time because he had to order the inside and made sure it was working properly and it is now. I am truly greatful
for getting my clock fixed. He is a very punctual person and a very well perceived person also.
