He cleans outside and inside of mobile homes. He is excellent! He does a really great job!

I was so pleased with the efficiency and cleanliness of the mobile that when Juan finished cleaning the exterior of my home, I asked if he also did inside housecleaning. He claimed that he did do all the bathrooms at his home as well as other cleaning. He also told me that the Park Manager here asks him to clean the park rentals after they have been sitting empty for about six months. So I called him yesterday and he came promptly at 10AM today and spent six plus hours doing a very thorough cleaning on the inside of my mobile. Additionally, he was able to proceed on his own after I showed him where the vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies were. He also emptied waste baskets and other things without being asked. He cleaned a wall that had food spillage on it without being asked. He was very pleasant and congenial. He offered to help us any time we needed help. He was laid off from his professional job in January and instead of collecting from the government, he finds work that he can do personally in order to help feed and clothe his wife and three children. I would definitely recommend him for any handyman type job as he appears to be very trustworthy and shows great initiative, and has a good work ethic!
