Order trimmer assistance was rather slow and employees not sure what tool was called, eventually someone came who could answer questions and placed the order.

It went very well. They had the gas edger that I was looking for in stock and at a great price. They had to reorder the accessories that I needed for my chain saw but, they came in sooner then expected and at a lower price.
