Well, I'm gonna do my best to not be over dramatic but it was my house we were talking about so bare with me..lol.. So I found out about J&E through a referral, which I usually take with a grain of salt. This time I listened a little cause he came recommended from a really close coworker. I met Jesus (the owner) once, by chance. I felt very comfortable with his attitude so I scheduled a estimate. He then came out to take a look at my project. I didn't just get an estimate, I got a very detailed explanation on what was entailed with my project from start to finish. He was forthcoming regarding the inception of his business but he provided a really good background of experience and a great work philosophy. I got my price and he pretty much disappeared. No pressure tactics, no follow up. Just the time I needed to think about it. I called him back a couple of times to ask questions and he maintained his demeanor. Super helpful, no pressure. I won't lie, I did shop em and he wasn't exactly the least expensive but he wasn't the highest. I figured, what the heck, I will give em a shot, if something went bad, well he was insured and I'm pretty sure I knew where he lived ...lol Fast forward to the day of project start. I made arrangements for he and his crew to let themselves in. I offloaded a lot of confidence here but I wasn't too worried cause of the cameras. Anywho, I met with him the day before he started and met with him on the day after project completion. Reason for that was cause I was out of town. I delt with him via phone and got a lot of pictures but the real person in charge was the wife. She was absolutely satisfied with the workers. They cleaned as they went, they were respectful, very communicative and they WORKED. She said they came in like a NASCAR pit crew and didn't mess around at all. What was supposed to be a 7 day project, turned out to be a 4.5 day project. They managed to make more headway than they thought and even volunteered to work the weekend to finish if we were ok with it. What did the wife say.....heck yeah, she just wanted them to finish. These guys did really good. There was definitely some above and beyond. They painted and repaired stuff they didn't have to and I'm grateful. I'm glad I chose J&E for this project and will definitely keep em in mind for the next one.... here's a few before and afters
