There are few persons in our area who are willing or able to take on problem solving. I was referred to Sonny by another contractor when the remodeling process was stuck because of unresolved structural issues. Sonny dug right in and resolved many issues quickly. Has enthusiasm, a great sense of humor, is fun to work with. Knows his construction, can work fairly fast. It is important to be organized and have enough work for him to do. I think some days were not completely efficientbut then, this is a long haul and not every day can be great.
