I love those people, but the mechanic did a bummer on me. They didn't tighten the oil filter properly when they replaced it. So I had an oil leak in my garage. They sold me this lawnmower. It's a riding zero radius turn mower and it's real expensive. He came out and demonstrated it. The owner is fabulous and so is the staff. They're all family and do a great job. He came and picked it up, put it on his trailer and took it back. It was timely. He is professional for sure. He did give me a quart of oil free afterwards.

Robert was very patient, offering suggestions and was very helpful. I had never been on a riding mower before and he made certain I was comfortable using it and following all the safety features. You can trust him to give you a good deal and fantastic customer support after purchase. Robert went above and beyond the service we expect to receive these days. I highly recommend H and H and the mower. I would never have received that level of customer service from Lowes or Home Depot.

They did a good job, but they did not fix it on time as promised. They changed the delivery price 3 times and they promised it delivered on two different days and times . After calling five times and talking to 3 different people, I finally got my lawn mower back. The manager was too busy to deal with my complaints; however, after taking to a woman that point blank asked me and quot; What do you want?,and quot; I got a whole 25 dollars refunded for my time waited.
