As a long time Realtor in the Rio Grande Valley, I focus my efforts on making my clients homes stunning and marketable. However, when it came to my own home, I felt like a failure. I was overwhelmed with emotion to the point of being paralyzed when it came to the decision to discard the belongings of my family members that had taken up so much space in my closet. I had piles of clothing stacked on the floor and it became completely unmanageable. She understood that and was spot on about her remedies and suggestions for future projects -- and none of it broke the bank. Best money I've spent in a long while! Well worth the investment. I wish I had a pocket version of Carrie to bring with me on my real estate listing presentations.
