Description of Work: I CALLED AND ASKED FOR CENTRAL A/C TO COME AND SEE MY UNIT. I ALREADY KNEW WHAT I NEEDED BUT THEY PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME FOR A "SERVICE AND REPAIRS $65 AND A $75 SERVICE CHARGE. TOTAL $150.00 NO REPAIRS WERE PREFORMED. THE GUY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AND I WAS FORCED TO PAY THIS CROOK. KNEW I NEEDED A NEW UNIT AND ONLY NEEDED THIS GUY TO GIVE ME A QUOTE, HE SHOWED ME A BOOKLET WITH PRICES. CENTRAL WAS BY FAR THE MOST EXPENSIVE. THEY NEVER NEVER ADVISED OF ANY SERVICE CHARGE ON THE PHONE. THIS IS BORDERING ON "THEFT OF SERVICE" READ , ASK FIR THE FINE PRINT. VERY EXPENSIVE AND NO VALUE, RUN AWAY. READ/ASK FOR DETAIL BEFORE YOU CALL/STUDY THE FINE PRINT

 + -1 moreThey offer different ways to pay for the service and they give coupons. This company calls to remind you when it is time for your services and want to make sure that they have pleased you. I trust the technician who comes out so much ever since I had to leave the house once when he was doing an extensive job. He is very trustworthy and it is a real warm company. I will use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreThey do good work and they are extremly punctual. They are the best around. They are not the cheapest, but they do good work and are always on time.
Description of Work: They changed duct work for me, and I have a maintenance contract with them for my heating and air conditioner.
